We accept returns in the following situations, provided your request is raised within the 7-day window:

If your glassware arrives broken or damaged in transit, we’ll make it right with a replacement or store credit.
Wrong Items
Received the wrong product? We’ll arrange a return and send the correct item or issue store credit.
Change Of Mind
Returns may be accepted if the item is unused and in its original, undamaged packaging.
Customer tip. To qualify, raise your request within 7 days of delivery and keep the product unused with all original packaging and tags intact.
